Advertisers can benefit from fine-grained control of a campaign — over exactly when to spend its budget and how much to spend. Creating multiple flights allow advertisers to maximize spend during more optimal periods, and reduce spend during suboptimal periods.

EngageFront now offers an easier way to add multiple flights and budgets, to your campaign, with a just a few clicks.

Improving based on user feedback

Power users want to run multiple tactics and multiple flights in the same campaigns. Based on feedback from some of our most valued clients, we’ve made such executions much easier and less time-consuming to implement.

EngageFront lets advertisers divide their campaigns into ads to represent different line items or tactics. But the previous design tied targeting options to specific flight dates. This meant users had to create new ads for every combination of tactic and flight.

The new design greatly reduces the number of ads or campaigns required for complex campaigns, letting users spend less time on mundane operations and more time on strategic decisions.

Add new flights with ease

Starting today, when setting up a new campaign, users can choose to use the new flights feature at the campaign level. Moving flights to the campaign level means less ads to create.

Furthermore, users can now add multiple flights to a campaign. It’s as simple as adding a new row to the flights table!

Together, these features allow advertisers greater flexibility for:

  • always-on campaigns with monthly budgets — keep your ads 1-to-1 or cleanly aligned with your tactics; don’t worry about an ever-growing list of ads

  • extending existing campaigns — add additional budgets as new lines, without losing track of what was spent and remaining in previous budgets

  • theatrical campaigns or other timed promotions — easily set up three-part campaigns (”coming soon”, “in theatres now”, “now streaming”), each with their own allocated budgets

  • blackout dates — set up flights before and after a blackout period to automatically pause a campaign during those dates

Additional Updates

Pacing views throughout the user interface have also been enhanced throughout to better support multi-flight setups.

The dashboard now shows active flights, in addition to active campaigns and ads. Alerts and pacing metrics have similarly been updated to reflect only the current flight’s progress.

The real-time progress graph has also been updated to provide real-time visuals of the active flight’s delivery progression.
